The Cindra community promise

Help is the unit of value.

A professional network is worthwhile when another person can move forward. These shared boundaries explain how members treat one another and how Cindra’s current product protects human agency.

Six boundaries we can see

Positive does not mean artificial agreement. It means making room for honest work, useful disagreement and practical help without turning attention into a contest.

Be useful, not viral

Ask a concrete question, offer something you can actually contribute, or show progress another person can learn from.

Consent comes first

Goals begin privately. Share someone’s work, identity or conversation only when they chose that visibility.

Your words remain yours

Members declare their own purpose. Cindra does not infer intent, sentiment or a help category from authored text.

Transparent impact, never hidden reach

Cindra ranks the member directory with one visible formula: completed public goals, contributions and received Sparks. Feed reach remains chronological and cannot be bought.

Disagree without dehumanising

No harassment, hate, scams, impersonation or pressure. Personal hide and mute controls protect boundaries without secretly reranking the network.

Distribution stays legible

Contributions remain chronological. There is no predicted-engagement feed, advertising auction or paid reach in the core network.

A mutual promise

What members bring

  • Be specific about the goal, next step or help you can offer.
  • Ask before sharing private context or another person’s words.
  • Do not spam, impersonate people or manufacture engagement.
  • Challenge ideas professionally; never attack a person’s dignity or safety.
  • Use fixed-reason reporting for harassment, hate, scams, privacy or other safety concerns.

What Cindra’s product does today

  • Keeps goals private until their owner deliberately publishes them.
  • Shows contributions chronologically and bounds discovery.
  • Stores no free-text accusation when a contribution is reported.
  • Lets each member hide or mute without changing anyone else’s feed.
  • Supports a local data export and self-service account deletion.

Accountability without an attention machine

A report records one private, fixed reason. It does not automatically hide a contribution, change feed order or create a public accusation. Authored content is not sent to a classifier to decide whether it deserves reach.

This page is a public community and product promise, not a privacy notice or legal terms. Cindra will publish those documents separately once the responsible legal entity, contact routes, retention decisions and processor details are confirmed.

Bring one real goal.

Find one person who can help—or become that person for someone else. The core network is free and open to register.
